Talk to your audience 

You know your audience better than anyone, so keep them in mind when writing your blog posts. Write about topics that matter to your pubic. If you have a company Facebook page, you can search there for topics you will write about.

 Take a moment to plan your post 

Once you have a great idea for a post, write the first draft. Some people like to start with the title and then write paragraphs. Other people like to start with the subtitle and go from there. Go with the method that works for you.

 Don't forget to add images 

Be sure to include some high quality images in your blog. Images break up text and make it easier to read. They can also convey emotions or ideas that are difficult to express in words.

 Edit carefully before publishing 

Once you are satisfied with the text, leave it for a day or two and then read it again. You will probably find a couple of things you want to add and a couple more you want to take out. Ask a friend or colleague to proofread it to make sure it is error-free. When it is completely error-free, enter it into your blog and publish it.
